Walter Camp first introduced his Daily Dozen exercise series in his book, Keeping Fit All the Way. “My daily dozen always included twenty pushups.” Besides, as a Walter Camp fanboi, I have a reputation to maintain. “I always feel more energetic after my daily dozen.” ![]() It usually referred to morning exercises and only rarely is used to refer to other tasks.
